Director of (500) Days of Summer, Marc Webb, will be taking on the Spider-Man reboot. He has officially signed on for directing duties and the film will hit theaters in Summer of 2012.The screenplay has been written by Jamie Vanderbilt, and it is said that the story will will stay close to Parker’s days trying to cope with his Uncle’s untimely death. It has also been reported the movie will have a budget in the $80 million range.
