Movie Recommendations: High Fidelity

I decided that each week I'll recommend a movie that everyone should check out if they didn't already.

High Fidelity

PLOT:
The movie is about a man named Rob Gordon (John Cusack), a man in his thirties that owns Championship Vinyl, a record store in the suburbs of Chicago.
Rob is in the after stages of a difficult breakup and because of this he creates a list of the top five worst breakups he has had in his life, then he goes and tracks them all down.
The movie is based off of the 1996 Nick Hornby’s novel of the same title.
QUICK REVIEW:
Here is a movie where Jack Black was still new to the screen and delivers a good performance with out over doing it. Cusack delivers a Ferris Bueller type of performance in the sense he is always talking to the camera, and overall it’s a fun, silly and charming movie that Hollywood seems to be making less and less of.

RATING: Rated R for language and some sexuality.
RUN TIME: 1 hr 53 mins
